Do we install?
Yes we do! Please contact us here for a free estimate.
Should I accommodate for waste?
We recommend 10% of additional material to accommodate wastage for installation. 15% for installations done on a diagonal or for a room that is not typically square. Cuts are inevitable, and calculating for additional material is always best practice.
If I buy materials from another company, would you install my product?
We will not install materials that we don't sell because we can't guarantee the quality of said material and cannot make any warranty claims after installation.
What is your return window?
Our return window is within 30 days. Please read our return policy here.
I have an old flooring material and I want to match it or get something close. Is this possible?
While we do carry a very limited stock of older flooring, it isn't very likely these days that we still have something in stock. If we do, it would be a very small amount. We recommend sending us a picture of the tile and if possible the box and a full description of what is needed for the job.

Alternative solutions we recommend include, a contrasting floor option like a border or design, or a completely new floor.

There is also a small chance a supplier may still carry it or is able to custom order, depending on the product and when it was purchased.
Is it worth installing heated floors in my house?
This depends on your budget and current installation requirements, however, if this is something that is feasible, we recommend installing a heated floor.

Do we deliver?
Yes, we are able to deliver to locations within Southwestern Ontario.
How much is installation?
Installation will depend on your individual site needs. Please contact us here for a free estimate.
When can you book for an install?
Lead times vary depending on the time of year and how busy we are.. Please contact us to get you scheduled in our books.
Do you install for commercial jobs?
Yes, we have done, schools, factories, office building, apartment buildings, churches, museums, and everything in between.

What type of flooring do you recommend?
That will depend on the setting and your personal taste. Please contact us here for a free estimate.
If I have to order product, how long will it take to ship?
This will depend on which supplier it is coming from. Most times it will either be in London and we can get it same day, OR it will have to be shipped in from Toronto and it will take about a week or more. Sometimes, items are on backorder and we will have to wait longer.
What method of payment do you take?
We accept most common credit cards, VISA, Mastercard and Debit. Cash, cheque and E-Transfers are also accepted.
Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or Discovery.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, our showroom is open to the public, during the following times:

Sun: 9am-4pm
Mon-Fri: 7:30am-6pm
Fri (Winter): Closed at Sunset
Sat: Closed
