Return Policy

All returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

For items in stock, we may charge a 10% re-stocking charge or a minimum of $25.

A receipt MUST accompany all returns.

For custom order items, there will be no returns, with the exception of those approved by the distributor of the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be brought back in good condition in an unopened package. (ie full carton of tile) and the carton must be in good condition.

No refunds or credit will be provided for purchases over 30 days old. If the order is placed and the customer is unhappy with the material ordered. We must first get the consent of the distributor or manufacturer before doing a return.

Customer must check the order before accepting to ensure satisfaction.
